Our dear friends Jamie, Henrik and their daughter Effie paid us a visit recently. Chicago didn't put on a very good face for them though- it rained almost every day. Everyone made the best of it with museum visits, walks through the conservatory, and lots of reading and music time in the play room. The week also included plenty of good food of course, with homemade meals and visits to the hometown hot spots for the former residents.-----------------------------
The girls happened to have the same pajama set. Hilarious, but difficult to get the new and the well-practiced toddlers to stand still for a pose.

On our way home from the brunch spot (the sun came out on their last day), Effie gives the Uppa her seal of approval. Zea catches a ride from the guys.
